''WHEN YOU LOSE YOUR PHYSIQUE...''

May be you just gave birth or got carried away with friends drinking and merrying for months and then it dawned on you that your body has changed...gaining so much weight and added 10kg or more. What do you do...? Your clothes are no more your size and you feel lazy, weak and unhappy about your current weight...Do you sit back and watch it deteriorate or do you take the bull by the horns...? I advise you do the latter. Below is what you should do :

1. QUIT THOSE HABITS 

 The first thing you need to do is to quit those deadly habits. You can't eat your cake and have it.Somethings just have to go...the excessive repeated evening beer drinking must go...the fast food daily pastries poaching must go...the gluttony habit must go...the lazy inactive weeks without exercise must go...excessive sexual acts that drains your stamina should go...we can go on and on but this is the first step. Nothing works without letting go of the habits that brought you to your current undesirable situation.

2. CULTIVATE GOOD HABITS
Now that you have swept away the bad habits for real, It's time to cultivate new ones. Good is the opposite of bad, so all you need to do is adjust to the opposite side...drink more water rather than beer, go to the gym in the evenings rather than lounge with friends, slow down on your sexual activities rather than every day three-round sessions, eat clean and healthy rather than junks. It sounds easy right? It is not...good things are certainly not easy to come by but If you want your good physique back, you will have to do what needs to be done...There is no magic wand...No cutting corners and please, no surgeries...Be determined and cultivate good habits.

3. HAVE A FITNESS PROGRAM
So you have gotten rid of your old habits and cultivated good ones...What else do you do? Choose and design your fitness program and endeavor to stick with it. You may ask yourself how do I get a routine that works for me...? I will reveal the secret to you...The program that works for you are those fitness programs you dislike the most...Yes, ''those fitness programs you never liked''..lol.
Our body is silly, usually, our bodies run away from anything that will make it better. If you dislike weight programs, then you know it's weight programs you actually need...same goes for running. I used to dislike barbell bench pull over a lot..infact, I hated it but I discovered it's the best exercise for my body. So choose your program wisely..With this secret in mind, you are not far away from your desired goal.

4. KEEP DOING IT
Now that you got rid of your bad habits, cultivated good and new habits, got a fitness program..what is next...? Keep doing it! There is no exit point in keeping fit...Once you stop, you start drifting away..So whatever program you have, just keep doing it till you fall in love with it. Once you fall in love with a program, only then are you allowed to change it. This is because you now love it and the effect will not be massive anymore...Our body is quite tricky you know...Never be discouraged If you start a program and you see no positive sign in weeks. You might need to wait for months, It all depends on our bodies and how messed up it was before you kicked off. So do not expect a magical transformation...that Tyson Beckford's hot body or Kim Kardashian's curves will come in months.
